Georgia · HVAC, water heaters, weatherization

Booked jobs. None of the rebate paperwork.

Peach quotes the upgrade, signs the homeowner and fronts the rebate. The job reaches you already sold, with the scope, the address and the install date settled.

Accounts are opened by a Peach admin, so there is nothing to set up here. Tell us about your company and a coordinator will get back to you.
A heat pump outdoor unit beside a Georgia home
1428 Ponce de Leon Ave NE Heat pump, HPWH, weatherization. Install day, 8:00am. Dana is expecting you.
What you get

Sold work, a full invoice, and no state portal.

Peach is the contractor of record with the homeowner. You are the trade doing the work, not the party carrying the rebate.
The work arrives sold
No lead lists, no bidding, no selling at a kitchen table at eight at night. The job is quoted, signed and dated before it reaches your board. Nothing to quote
The rebate is our exposure
Peach takes the rebate off what the homeowner pays, then waits on GEFA. That is money we front and carry, not a cut out of your invoice. You invoice the contract
We file, you photograph
Income tiers, county tables and the state portal stay with the coordinator. Your paperwork ends when the photos and the certificate are in. No state portal
How a job runs

Assigned, visited, installed, filed.

One real job, start to finish. 1428 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, a heat pump, a water heater and weatherization.
01 It lands on your board

02 You confirm what is there
Panel capacity, the existing system, the crawlspace. Anything that moves the scope goes back to the coordinator. Site visit
03 You install
Your crew, your schedule, your call on how the day runs. Peach is not standing in the driveway telling you your trade. Install day
04 Photos close it out
Shoot it on your phone and it lands in CompanyCam. The coordinator files with GEFA from there. Photos and docs
